During these strange and difficult times, and as the COVID-19 global pandemic continues to dominate news (and our thoughts), it is our sincere hope that you and your families stay safe and sensible during these challenging times…
We would like to take the opportunity to update you on how Responsible Wood is responding to challenges arising from the pandemic and to stress that Responsible Wood is here to help where we can.
Responsible Wood will continue to operate as near to usually as possible while cooperating with all government requirements for social-isolation, distancing, travel bans and quarantines etc.
With this in mind, some of our staff will choose to work from home. Until further notice, the Responsible Wood team will no longer travel domestically or internationally and will arrange teleconference and/or video conferencing rather than face to face meetings wherever possible.
In doing so, we hope to do our bit in slowing the spread and protecting the community. We are confident that this decision will not impact significantly on our service offerings. We are still available via email, phone (on the same numbers) and can organise video conferencing, to provide all of our members, certificate holders, certifying bodies and stakeholders with a seamless service.
While this is uncharted territory for us all, we want to be part of the solution – offering support as we navigate a path through this crisis. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us if we can help.
