With a legacy 45 years in the making, Brisbane based Kitchen Gallery is front and centre in the Australian Kitchen revolution…
BRISBANE, 11/09/2019 – With a rich history of success in the industry, Kitchen Gallery is a company attuned to the changing wants and needs of its diverse range of clientele.

“A kitchen is a long-term investment, and if done correctly it really can be the crown jewel in the household” says Greg Watter, General Manager of Kitchen Gallery.
Customers demand more from their kitchens as time goes on and the industry grows and changes. They demand more in quality, diversity and affordability, but also are becoming more aware of the importance of green credentials.
“Today customers expect a personalised service. They expect quality at an affordable price and they expect a kitchen that uses environmentally friendly building materials” Greg noted.
Jason Ross of Responsible Wood sat down with Greg and Design Consultant Yana Wood who are proud of their commitment to responsible sourcing.
Indeed when it comes to timber selection, Kitchen Gallery is very deliberate in sourcing timber that meets the growing social and environmental expectations from its client base.
It is a necessity more than a preference for a company such as Kitchen Gallery to source Australian timbers through the Responsible Wood Certification Scheme, both for the health and safety of their clients and for the longevity of their projects. This in turn supports our Australian trade industry.
“Responsible Wood is an important trust mark for the Kitchen Gallery, it ensures that all timber on our projects is sourced from Australian responsibly managed forests and it meets an all-important Australian Standard.”
“For Kitchen Gallery these are all expectations that can be delivered on, certainly the emphasis on sustainability both in building materials but also in performance is something that has been a change for the best,” Greg said.
“Client interaction is also another key aspect of delivering a kitchen for all types and budgets” noted Yana.
“Whether it’s a dream kitchen or a budget kitchen, every customer is unique and every kitchen requires important consideration from our design team,” Yana said
With a rich history of more than 30 Housing Institute of Australia (HIA) awards to their name, including the 2019 HIA Brisbane Kitchen of the Year’ Kitchen Gallery has the credentials to back up its talk. Announced on Friday the 30th August 2019, Kitchen Gallery added to their HIA award haul with a further 7 awards.
‘Interestingly the 2019 Brisbane Kitchen of Year was awarded to a kitchen that was entered into the ‘Up to $30,000 category, for Kitchen Gallery affordability is a key consideration,’ Yana said.
Other awards included; ‘Renovated Kitchen Up to $30,000’ and ‘Renovated Kitchen $30,001 – $50,000’.
“The recognition is awesome, but what drives us is the level of service and customer satisfaction when our kitchen’s come to life. This means that repeat clients are a large part of our business,” Yana said.
