thinkstep-anz and Responsible Wood combine for webinar…
As Australia’s green building market continues to grow there is an increasing appetite for sustainable building and construction products. In their upcoming webinar, Responsible Wood, the Australian National Governing Body for PEFC, will show how the wood industry can make the most out of the opportunities now available. The webinar will cover the advantages of existing tools such as Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and new trademarks for Responsible Wood.
Building with certified wood benefits the planet, our health, and the economy. thinkstep-anz’s Head of Strategy & Impact Nicole Sullivan and Principal Consultant Steve Mitchell will join Responsible Wood’s CEO Simon Dorries to discuss these benefits. With considerable expertise in the Australian green building arena, Nicole, Steve, and Simon will draw on their experience with the timber industry, EPDs, product certification schemes, and rating frameworks. The webinar will be held on Wednesday 16 June 2021.
Before joining thinkstep-anz, Nicole was Senior Manager of Green Star Solutions at the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA), where she led the development of the Responsible Products Framework for the new Green Star Buildings rating tool.
